Westminster Winter Park, on South Lakemont Avenue, sits in a city known for Rollins College, Park Avenue's shops and cafes, and a chain of scenic lakes that give the community its name. Licensed for 73 residents, the facility falls into the mid-size range, generally large enough to support multiple common areas and organized programming while still being small enough for staff to know most residents personally. Winter Park is one of the more affluent, established communities in Orange County, distinct in character from greater Orlando just to its south.
